ECIR 2023 will take place in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin city centre. The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is within walking distance of top city landmarks such as Trinity College, Dublin Castle, ChristChurch, St.Patricks Cathedral, The Guinness Storehouse and the famous Grafton Street shopping district and Temple Bar, the beating heart of Dublin's nightlife.
A wide variety of theatres, restaurants and night clubs are also just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a large and private conference area, with excellent and well equipped facilities.
By air Dublin Airport is located twelve kilometres north of the city centre and is managed by the Dublin Airport Authority. Transport options from the airport are bus, taxi or car. By sea: There are two ferry terminals in Dublin; Dublin Port and Dún Laoghaire. Dublin Port is close to the city centre and is served by a bus running from the central bus station (Busáras). Dún Laoghaire is south of the city, approximately twenty minutes on the DART train from the city centre.

By taxi: available for hire only at the taxi rank located outside the Arrivals Building. Expect to pay about €25 to get into the city centre from the airport. The structure of the fares consists of an initial charge; a charge for further travel based on either distance travelled or the time elapsed and calculated across three graduated tariffs; a premium at certain times and on certain days; extra charges where applicable.
