On this page, you will find information that is important for registration. We suggest that you read it through carefully before registering.

Registration Policy

The author registration deadline is 18 January 2023: Each paper must be covered by one "author" registration in order to be included in the conference proceedings. (If you have two accepted papers, two "author" registrations are needed.)

Registration cancellation: The cancellation and refund will be not allowed after the payment.

Should you have any questions about registration or if you need to cancel, please contact the organisers directly at admin@ecir2023.org.

Invitation Letter

Once you have completed and paid for your registration, official invitation letters can be sent upon request. Please write an email to admin@ecir2023.org, providing your first name, last name, and date of birth as in your travel document (passport, for example), your postal address, paper ID and the paper title.

Registration Process & Fees

The registration fee Includes:

• The Proceedings in digital format
• Social events (Welcome Reception & Banquet - for in-person attendees)*
• Access to all conference days, including workshops, tutorials & industry day
• Access to all virtual events, including the virtual day (31 March 2023).

* For attendees who wish to enjoy the ECIR'23 banquet on 4th April 2023 at the Westin hotel, please note that the banquet is full. We will try to facilitate as many attendees as we can, but we can no longer guarantee a banquet space for all new registered guests.

• Early Registrant Reduced Rate (BCS / ACM Members) €575

Normal Registration (until 30th March 2023)

• Regular Registrant: €725
• Regular Registrant Reduced Rate (BCS / ACM Members) €625
• Regular Student: €425

Late/Onsite Registration (after 30th March 2023)

Virtual Registration (non-authors)

• Regular Registrant (online only): €100

Ancillary/Single Event Registration

• Workshop/Tutorial-only Early Registration - pre March 11 (2 days): €150
• Workshop/Tutorial-only Registration - post March 11 (2 days): €200
• Industry-day only Registration: €125

All registrations must be done via ECIR 2023 registration site: https://ecir2023.eventbrite.ie/

Please follow the link 'Get Tickets' to begin the registration process. Although you may get a QR code as an attendance ticket, we will not be using these. We will be checking in all attendees upon arrival at the conference.
